A 1 hour lesson cost $20 USD
A 5 hour package costs $ 90 USD ( 10% discount).
A 10 hour package costs $ 160 USD (20% discount).

We are located in Europe, U.S.A, South America and soon in Asia, but you don’t need to worry about the time zone, just book your lesson at your local time (select your time zone when booking) and we’ll take care of the rest.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled date/time will be deducted from the overall cost. You can cancel or reschedule a lesson 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson and we’ll be glad to do it. Just contact us
or your teacher 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

, it’s probably a temporary issue and normally it’s just a question of seconds. Close the call and the teacher will call you again. In any case, you should email us and we will make the needed arrangements so we can make up for the time lost due to technical problems.
For Windows you need a minimum of: PC running Windows® XP, Vista or 7, both 32- and 64-bit operating systems.
For Mac you need a minimum of Mac OS X v10.5.8 (Leopard) or newer.
You will also need to download Skype (see below), and a microphone and speakers (headphone preferred).
Our teachers use a program called Skype, that you will need to download, if you haven’t installed it yet.
Skype is very easy to download and use, and allows people to call each other’s computer.
You will also need an Internet connection. DSL or Cable are optimal.
